Dr. Neil Elliott

Dr. Neil Elliott graduated from the National College of Chiropractic in 1980 with a bachelor of science in human anatomy and a doctorate in chiropractic. Before entering chiropractic college, Dr. Elliott attended Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey. He graduated with a bachelor of science in biology and was working on his masters degree doing cancer research. Dr. Elliott played four years of lacrosse in college, an activity which would later help him to better understand and treat musculoskeletal injuries.

Dr. Elliott brings a vast working knowledge of biomechanics, structure and function of the spine. His practice is made up of families of three generations of patients. Dr. Elliott focuses his practice on the treatment and rehabilitation of spine and orthopedic conditions. He uses techniques and sound practices that he has accumulated over his 32 years of practice of the chiropractic art. His office is equipped with physical medicine and rehabilitation equipment including flexion distraction and different manipulation tables to safely treat patients.

As a member of the Illinois Chiropractic Society, Dr. Elliott has been active in the association, holding various positions on the board of the society including President of the state society from 2000-2001. He remains active in the society in which he has been a member for 32 years.

Dr. Elliott has taught classes at the National College of Chiropractic. More importantly, Dr. Elliott has mentored numerous young doctors who have closely followed Dr. Elliott in his office and have gained invaluable experience from him. These young doctors are scattered across Illinois and the rest of the country and many of them reflect Dr. Elliott’s passion for his profession.

Dr. Elliott has a long standing working relationship with many medical professionals in and around the Park Ridge area.

Dr. Elliott met his wife of 30 years, Dr. Nancy Elliott, while going to chiropractic college. They have two grown children: Harris, their son, is an attorney in Chicago, Illinois. Randi, their daughter, is a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in vestibular therapy and women’s health.
